We recently had the pleasure of working with Lorna Jane and her team. Shooting over two days, the brief had three main concpets and we shot the Australian and US campaign simultaneously.
Early morning start and Sunday shoppers all added to the fun for this shoot at Costco Sydney.
It’s always fun working with Charlotte and here team from shop. This shoot at Costco was no exception with a super early morning start and Sunday shoppers adding to the fun.

Australasian AW Campaign 2014
Basically a photographers dream subject, that is, if your quick enough.
Recently I was commissioned to shoot Manu for a new project he is working on. The shoot brief was to come up with a variety of new images that could be used in various different commercial situations. Once our goal was achieved, We spent 20 minutes at the end of the day playing. Here are two of the images I liked from that session.
Manu is the real deal, a true entertainer. He has the ability to engage the camera with a multitude of different looks, all conveying a different energy. Basically a photographers dream subject, that is, if your quick enough.
Autumn Winter 2014 Campaign
This seasons campaign was shot in Adam’s studio in Rosebery. He was also asked to come up with the creative brief. The overall concept was designed to lift the brand’s profile and give them an edge in today’s market.

The crew from Mavi once again engaged my services to shoot their AW2014 campaign.
After the success of the Mavi EDM campaign, the crew from Mavi once again engaged my services to shoot their AW2014 campaign. Produced by Images That Sell, the decision was made to shoot Jack Vanderhart from Priscillas Models and Jefimija Jokic from Chadwick models.
We also engaged the services of Stylist Michael Azzollini from DLM and Charlotte Blakeney from Viviens for hair & makeup.
Adam and his producer brought to life Mavi’s vision of AW-2014. They were also commissioned to shoot their EDM marketing campaign and Adam’s e-commerce studio handled the finishing touches producing all of the online content for direct sales use.
The production for all three jobs was handled by Adam’s team. Castings, crew bookings, location scouting, rate negotiation and on-shoot production.

With the increase in demand for online shopping my client’s are finding it important to have a constant stream of marketing material to stay fresh with their consumers.
One of my favourite jobs recently was working with the team at Mavi. I was commissioned to conceptualise, produce and shoot EDM content for the mens and women’s ranges. This shoot resulted in my client having thirty plus images to market their online store throughout the season. With the increase in demand for online shopping my clients are finding it important to have a constant stream of marketing material to stay fresh with their consumers.
Owning my own studio and lighting means I am able to produce this work for a very reasonable rate and more importantly without compromising quality.

The team shot at a new location in the heart of Sydney, to give the brand a modern refresh.
Working with clients long term means there is a danger of becoming stale in what you produce. Call it being complacent or even being lazy, unfortunately it can happen.
It’s my intention as a photographer to go above expectation with every job. Therefore I constantly introduce fresh ideas and talent into the campaigns I shoot. This years transseasonal shoot with Moss & Spy was no exception. The team shot at a fabulous location in the heart of Sydney to give the brand a modern refresh.
Here is a sneak peak of images shot for the coming Autumn season.

WE RECENTLY SHOT FOR THE ICONIC L.A LABEL JOHNNY WAS. THE AIM FOR THIS SHOOT WAS TO AID THE BRANDS IDENTITY IN AUSTRALIA
We recently shot for the iconic L.A label Johnny Was. The aim for this shoot was to aid the brands identity in Australia and create images that were more relevant to the brands fast growing market down under.
Johnny Was is an internationally recognised brand with a broad following. Therefore it was important for the Australian wholesalers , “International Fashion Group” to create a shoot that works in the Australia market but at the same time still identifies with the brands core vision.

What’s most impressive is the fact that the whole job, from concept to final art was completed on the same day.
This image is a prime example of how the industry is changing rapidly. I worked in conjunction with Images That Sell who were commissioned to handle all aspects of the creative and production of this campaign. What’s most impressive is the fact that the whole job, from concept to final art was completed on the same day.
We shot components of this image during the first half of the day. The second half of the day, our retouchers collaborated with our art director to finish the printable art. The client was supplied the final image at the end of the day.
Jobs aspects:
Stripped from all of the finer things in life, Kokoda has been one of the biggest challenges I have ever faced.
New rewarding experiences in life are becoming harder to come by however this year was definitely the exception. Firstly there was the huge task of setting up my own studio with the view of creating an e-commerce photography business along side my fashion photography career. However the biggest and most gratifying feat was walking the Kokoda track to raise money CanTeen (the organisation for children living with cancer).
Stripped from all of the finer things in life, Kokoda has been one of the biggest challenges I have ever faced. With hardship comes great reward and resetting your values and your appreciation for life is a great way to maintain perspective in this world.
We raised close to $100,000.00 and a lot of the photos attached were published with the proceeds adding to the overall total.
The casting highlighted Brazilian model Luana from Chic models.
One of the things I love most about shooting with the crew from Nookie is their understanding of their customer. They know how to remain relevant but also still be commercial in a really cool way.
We were asked to shoot in studio for Nookie Beach this season, however it was important for the brand to still be relevant to summer. The casting highlighted Brazilian model Luana from Chic. And a simple but effect brief meant that we used a high key lighting to bring all of the elements together. This made for a really fun shoot, that focusses on energy being up.

SPRING SUMMER 2013 CAMPAIGN
With a mixture of ambient winter light and fill flash we created the graphic look for Forcast Spring Summer campaign. Working in Sydney at this time of year is always a challenge with almost freezing temperatures and short days. However the light has magical qualities when captured correctly which is exactly what we achieved for Forcast’s look this season.

It all sounds like a Mad Men pitch.
The new Mac Pro looks unlike any other computer. Because it is unlike any other computer. By rethinking the architecture of its internal components, we had the chance to rethink the entire enclosure. And since everything centers around a unified thermal core, we were free to design a much leaner, lighter, quieter, and far more streamlined structure. Its unique design and beautiful finishes are executed to an extraordinary degree of precision. And at just 9.9 inches tall with a diameter of just 6.6 inches, it’s a pro desktop computer that can actually sit on your desk.
If you haven’t already then you should take a look at this link as this is amazing and just one sign of the bright future of technology. http://www.apple.com/mac-pro/
